1. Astrology Services The Client understands that LLLoveDream LLC and its astrologers are providing their own interpretations and opinions based on their own knowledge of astrology.

3. Cancellation/Refund Policy on Services & Digital ItemsMade-to-order services and digital items, we don’t accept returns or exchanges. Please contact us about any problems with your order. No Refund Policy.
4. Cancellation/Refund Policy on Hire an AstrologerYou may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. Rescheduling is allowed with a 14 days advance notice from the original booked date/time, strictly based on date/time availability. All other service policies apply. Please contact us about any problems with your order. No Refund Policy except on rare occasions to be determined solely by LLLoveDream LLC.
5. Intellectual Property Rights in Work ProductThe Parties acknowledge and agree that the Client and LLLoveDream LLC will not distribute, post or share the Client’s private YouTube video on any social media platform and/or to any 3rd party or person. The Client will not redistribute or resell for commercial purposes, personal use is permitted.
6. ConfidentialityLLLoveDream LLC shall not disclose to any third party any details regarding the Client.

We offer our opinions based on the art of astrology, and upon delivery, it is entirely up to the client to do as they wish with the opinions. * You must submit your claim within 5 days upon delivery for an approved return or replacement.
* If your return item (s) have been worn, washed or have any pets/smoke/unknown smell etc, we will not accept your exchange/return, and you will have to pay for the return shipping PLUS a 25% handling fee.
* Once your order is shipped, we cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed packages once they leave our shop.
